Relish the Zucchini - Relish

Mom stirred & I chopped
(and while I was stirring -
Mom chopped) ... we used
the smallest zuc and whipped
this up in just a few minutes!


I managed to off-load all 5 zucs (see below) in Ottawa. Mom & I had a blast ... she knocked on her friendly neighbour's doors and innocently ask if they would like a zucchini from her daughter's garden and they all enthusiastically said, 'yes' ... then I carried the big beasts over (nobody changed their minds ... everyone had a good sense of humour about it and said they would do something with it)!

I saved the biggest for my Ottawa brother ... he'd arrived for a belated birthday dinner with family - how could he say no to his gift! He works in a restaurant in the Market and said he was going to bring it there to show everyone (I think he will leave it for them to serve to customers afterwards).
