I'm not sure why I didn't plant this when I planted the other one. I think I thought I'd have too many potatoes ... is this even possible? And I'm really not sure why I keep this on my counter ... it's now taken on 'pet' status - so I doubt it'll be going anywhere soon (unless it starts to stink - then it's gone)
